Rohani, or better known as Rohani Mostek by her friend is one of the many women involved in the 1985 Mostek strike in Penang. The event took place after Mostek Malaysia retrench about 1,250 of its worker at its assembly and test facility in Penang. It has been 30 years since the event took place, she now re-tells her story to her daughter of the journey she took demanding her rights as a female semi-conductor worker for Mostek.
